Event Description:

Enjoy an interactive experience at the Fontainebleau Miami Beach where tables will team up to cook their own dinner under the tutelage of celebrity Chef Kevin Sbraga, winner of Top Chef: Washington D.C. and graduate of Johnson & Wales. Bacardi spirits will be featured this evening at a cocktail reception and throughout the meal. The dinner will include a live auction in-between courses and a silent auction during the reception.
